Arcade Attendant
Qualifications for all positions include the ability to work as a team member within this department AND all other departments, reliable transportation, valid driver’s license with good record, working outdoors in all kinds of weather conditions, walking, sitting, or standing for extended periods of time, including pushing, pulling, climbing, bending, or lifting up to 50 pounds. Some positions may require lifting more than 50 pounds. While an individual may be assigned to this role, situations may arise which would REQUIRE assistance in other areas or departments.
Job Responsibilities:
- As an Arcade Attendant, you will ensure that customers behave appropriately and do not misuse the equipment.
- You will be expected to have a basic understanding of arcade machines and games to resolve minor issues, such as clearing stuck coins or addressing non-payment of prizes.
- Some Arcade Attendants will be responsible for unlocking and locking the arcade as needed.
- You will collect payments from customers, provide accurate change or tokens, and manage transactions efficiently.
- You will ensure the arcade remains clean and tidy.
- You may be assigned additional tasks in other departments as directed by supervisor or manager.
