Job Summary:
The Coffee Shop Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the coffee shop at Lakewood Camping Resort. This role involves managing a team of baristas, ensuring exceptional customer service, maintaining quality standards, and maximizing profitability. The Coffee Shop Supervisor will also be responsible for inventory management, scheduling, training staff, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
Key Responsibilities:
– Supervise and motivate a team of baristas and cooks to deliver excellent customer service.
– Delegate tasks effectively to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
– Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate goals, updates, and provide feedback.
– Ensure all customers receive prompt and friendly service.
– Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner.
– Monitor customer satisfaction and implement improvements as needed.
– Maintain high standards of product quality, cleanliness, and presentation.
– Conduct regular inspections to ensure adherence to food safety regulations and cleanliness standards.
– Monitor beverage preparation to ensure consistency and quality.
– Oversee inventory levels and place orders for coffee, supplies, and other related items.
– Receive and inspect deliveries to ensure accuracy and quality.
– Minimize waste and control costs through efficient inventory management practices.

Qualifications:
