Qualifications for this position include a general knowledge of the computer, the ability to count/handle money and use a register. One also must be able to stand for extended periods when setting up for varied events and have a general knowledge of the Grand Strand.

Expectations for this position include becoming familiar with Lakewood Camping Resort, the ability to follow written and oral instructions in a professional and timely manner and perform general duties as assigned by supervisor and/or manager. One must have a positive attitude, excellent customer service skills and have the ability to maintain confidentiality of Company business, be able to work weekends, holidays or overtime as deemed necessary by supervisor.

Duties and responsibilities for this position include having a knowledge of our resort and the Grand Strand to help guests during their stay, ticket sales, equipment rental, event preparation, moving tables and chairs as deemed necessary for certain events, cleaning, crafts, games and lifting up to 25lbs and most importantly, answer guests questions and concerns in a professional and friendly manner.
