Get ready to roll up your sleeves and hit the sand for an Earth Day Beach Sweep hosted by Lakewood Camping Resort and Campers Inn RV.
This Earth Day, Saturday, April 20th, the community is invited to visit Lakewood Camping Resort to participate in cleaning up the Grand Strand’s greatest attraction – the beach.
Lakewood and Campers Inn will provide volunteers with water and trash bags. Volunteers are asked to bring their own gloves.
Participants will meet at 8:45 a.m. at the beach access beside Lakewood Camping Resort’s Arcade. The sweep will begin at 9 a.m.
Lakewood Camping Resort hosts the Beach Sweep every year on Earth Day. In 2024, we’re excited to have the help of Campers Inn to remove even more trash from our oceanfront.
