The Chicken Joint combines Asian and Southern cooking styles to bring you the best chicken tenders and wings in town. You haven’t had tenders like this before! The partners, Jimmy and Will, each have over 30 years of experience in the restaurant industry.
The chicken tenders are made with fresh, never-frozen chicken breast that is hand-breaded and cooked to perfection. The tenders are marinated 24 hours Southern style in buttermilk and spices, then hand breaded in an Asian batter and coated with Japanese bread crumbs. They are crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside, and they come with great dipping sauces including our signature spicy mustard.
The jumbo wings are also made with fresh, never-frozen chicken and are tossed in your choice of sauces. They are crispy and flavorful, and are the perfect size for a snack or a meal.
They also have delicious house made chicken salad and pimento cheese!
