Local meteorologists say winds will pick up Friday afternoon with gusts from 25-30 mph. This wind will usher in Arctic air.

Friday night into Saturday, temperatures will fall into the low-to-middle 20s. As the sun rises Saturday, temperatures will struggle to do the same, with highs in the mid-to-upper 30s. Wind gusts will make the day feel even colder at times!

Even then, we can expect temperatures to drop even more Saturday into Sunday, with the coastline expected to drop to around 20 degrees, according to local meteorologists. Once again, wind chills will make it feel as low as 5 to 10 degrees Sunday morning.

Sunday afternoon will bring some relief, with temperatures expected to reach the 40s.

If you’re visiting us next week, though, you’re in for a treat! Temperatures will rebound quickly beginning Monday, with temperatures even climbing into the 70s by Thursday!
