Vacation Rental Details
- Must be 25 years of age or older to rent.
- All Rentals are NON-SMOKING.
- Crater Lake Rentals limited to 6 persons maximum.
- Seascape Rentals limited to 8 persons maximum.
- Guests must provide their own grill and grilling tools.
- Pet Friendly Rentals include the following units: 1617, 2608, 2618, 2639, 2717, 2723, 2728, 2877, 2878, 2879, 2892, 2893, 2902, 2905, 2907, 2914, 5035, 5117, 5538, 5826, 6132, 6140, 6227, 6232, 6431, 7202, 7209, 7249, 7254, 8133 (Please see Pet Policies above)
Rentals include one (1) vehicle parking pass with each reservation. Additional parking passes may be purchased for a charge of $5 per day during in-season. Parking space is available for a maximum of two (2) vehicles for Crater Lake, Seascape and blocks Two and Three. High Rise Rentals may have a maximum of three (3) vehicles. Over flow parking passes are available at the check-in office. Over flow parking is $10 per day. Must provide license plate information for all vehicles.

- Minimum 7 night stay; Saturday to Saturday

- Monthly Reservations are 30 days.
September 14 – March 30
- $250 Initial payment upon reservation.
- A rental pre-payment schedule will be included with your rental contract. Final balance must be paid 30 days prior to arrival date. If the reservation is made less than 30 days prior to your arrival, full payment is required at the time the reservation is made.
- LCR accepts personal checks on future reservations only and the following credit cards: Visa Card, Master Card, Discover Card
- Personal checks WILL NOT be accepted upon arrival.
You will receive a $100.00 security deposit refund if the unit is left undamaged. Please allow up to 30 days from your departure for the refund to be processed.
If a reservation is canceled within 30 days prior to arrival, LCR Resort Management, LLC will retain an Administrative Fee of $50 from amount paid. ALL RESERVATIONS are DUE PAID IN FULL 30 days prior to arrival date. If a reservation is canceled less than 30 days prior to arrival and NO TRIP INSURANCE is purchased, GUEST will forfeit all monies paid. If a reservation is canceled less than 30 days prior to arrival and TRIP INSURANCE is purchased GUEST CAN CALL C.S.A at 866-999-4018 to file a claim.
- Reservations are accepted for families ONLY.
- Reservations are subject to availability.
- Reservations are guaranteed by rental type ONLY.
- Make your reservation for the entire length of your stay; renewal of rentals cannot be guaranteed.
- Entrance into the resort is not allowed until after official check-in.
- Check-in is after 4 p.m.
- Check-out by 10 a.m.

- Family Amenities charge includes access to all amenities in the park for the whole family!
- 1 & 2 bedrooms $10 per day, 3 bedrooms $12 per day, 4 bedrooms $15 per day.
