VACATION RENTAL DETAILS
- Must be 25 years of age or older to rent.
- All Rentals are NON-SMOKING.
- Guests must provide their own grill and grilling tools.
- Pet Friendly Rentals include the following units: 1617, 2608, 2618, 2723, 2877, 2878, 2879, 2880, 2892, 2893, 2902, 2917, 2932, 5035, 5120, 5126, 6034, 6140, 6227, 8123, 8133 (Please see Pet Policies above)
- Travel Insurance is available to purchase up to 30 days prior to arrival.
EXTRA VEHICLE
Rentals include one (1) vehicle parking pass with each reservation. Additional parking passes may be purchased for a charge of $5 per day during in-season. Parking space is available for a maximum of two (2) vehicles for Crater Lake, Seascape and blocks Two and Three. High Rise Rentals may have a maximum of three (3) vehicles. Overflow parking passes are available at the check-in office. Overflow parking is $10 per day. Must provide license plate information for all vehicles.
SPECIAL RESTRICTIONS
- Peak Season is Mid-May – Mid-September and all rentals are Saturday to Saturday.
- Non-Peak Season has a 3-night minimum requirement.
- Monthly Reservations are 30+ days and available from November 1st through March 31st.
PAYMENT
- $250 Initial payment upon reservation.
- A rental pre-payment schedule will be included with your rental contract. The final balance must be paid 30 days prior to arrival date. If the reservation is made less than 30 days prior to your arrival, full payment is required at the time the reservation is made.
- LCR accepts personal checks on future reservations only and the following credit cards: Visa Card, Master Card, Discover Card, American Express
- Personal checks WILL NOT be accepted upon arrival.
SECURITY DEPOSIT
Security Deposits are $250, $350, and $500 depending on the occupancy of the rental unit. These deposits are refunded within 30 days of departure if the unit is left undamaged, and all inventory is accounted for.
CANCELLATION POLICY
If a reservation is cancelled more than 30 days prior to arrival, LCR Resort Management, LLC will retain a Cancellation Fee of $50 from amount paid and refund the remaining balance. ALL RESERVATIONS are DUE PAID IN FULL 30 days prior to arrival date. If a reservation is canceled less than 30 days prior to arrival and NO TRIP INSURANCE is purchased, GUEST will forfeit all monies paid. If a reservation is canceled less than 30 days prior to arrival and TRIP INSURANCE is purchased GUEST CAN CALL C.S.A at 866-999-4018 to file a claim.
RESERVATION POLICIES
- Reservations are accepted for families ONLY.
- Reservations are subject to availability.
- Reservations are guaranteed by rental type ONLY.
- Make your reservation for the entire length of your stay; renewal of rentals cannot be guaranteed.
- Entrance into the resort is not allowed until after official check-in.
- Check-in BEGINS at 4pm and is not guaranteed by 4pm.
- Check-out by 10 a.m. Failure to check-out by 10am could result in ½ daily rate being charged.
ADDITIONAL RENTAL FEES & SERVICES
- $50 Reservation Fee
- Linen and Housekeeping Charges are applied to any reservation less than 7 days and on all monthly reservations.
- Family Amenities charge includes access to all amenities in the park for the whole family!

- 11% lodging tax
